National Meanchey University Hosts Workshop on “Career Readiness in the Digital Age”

Banteay Meanchey, April 4, 2026 – National Meanchey University successfully organized a specialized workshop titled “Career Readiness in the Digital Age” under the high presidency of H.E. Chea Soeun, Rector of the university. The event aimed to equip students with valuable insights into the rapidly evolving labor market and the growing influence of digital technologies on modern career opportunities.

The workshop brought together students, academic staff, and industry professionals to discuss how emerging technologies are reshaping the workplace. The event featured three distinguished guest speakers who shared their expertise and professional experiences. Mr. Ngor Chan Norak, Vice-Rector of National Meanchey University, opened the session by highlighting the importance of soft skills and lifelong learning as key factors for success in a technology-driven world.

Following his remarks, Ms. Poch Chandaraty, Branch Manager of Wing Bank in Banteay Meanchey, discussed the impact of technological innovation on the banking industry and how career opportunities are evolving in response to digital transformation.

The final presentation was delivered by Ms. Nhim Soryda, CEO of Boran Care, who provided valuable guidance on personal branding and building a strong professional identity to help students pursue their dream careers.
