Reception Program for Grade 12 Students from Kob High School at the National University of Meanchey On the morning of March 5, 2026, National University of Meanchey organized a reception program for Grade 12 students from Kob High School who visited the university for an educational study tour. The purpose of the visit was to provide students with insights into the academic environment, training programs, and study opportunities available at the higher education level. The program was presided over by Chea Soeun, Rector of the National University of Meanchey, and was attended by members of the university’s management team, deans and vice-deans, lecturers, and relevant staff. Training program on capacity development of education staff through outcome-based education

On February 27-28, 2026, National Meanchey University organized a training program on developing the capacity of educational staff and teachers through Outcome-Based Education (OBE) under the chairmanship of His Excellency Chea Soeun, Rector of National Meanchey University, with the participation of vice-rectors, deans, vice-deans, department heads, relevant officers, and all teachers of National Meanchey University, with presentations and coordination from the Department of Higher Education Management of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The program aims to strengthen and enhance the capacity of education officials and teachers in organizing and developing curricula in accordance with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) standards, focusing on (1) setting a vision and mission,(2) setting program educational objectives (PEOs), (3) program learning outcomes (PLOs), (4) subject learning outcomes (CLOs), (5) and calculating student learning time (SLT), as well as writing and presenting results in groups by faculty. These activities demonstrated that National Meanchey University has continued to be committed to improving the quality of education and developing human resources to contribute to social and national development.During the training program, His Excellency Rector highlighted the importance of developing outcome-based curricula to ensure quality education, respond to labor market needs, and achieve sustainable growth.
