On the afternoon of March 24, 2026, National Meanchey University organized a lecture in collaboration with the National Institute of Public Administration, Germany on the lecture program “Strengthening Administrative Capacity in Different Political Systems” under the chairmanship of His Excellency Chea Soeun, Rector of National Meanchey University, with the participation of Vice Rectors, Deans, Office Directors, Teachers and Public Administration students, a total of 78 people, 58 of whom were female.
